Cube to teach Braille

A simple, new device, the Vasantha Braille Cube, will enable any literate person to teach Braille characters to visually impaired persons.  The cube has three sections that can be rotated independently.  Each side of the sections, barring one side, have raised dots.  By rotating the sections, any pattern can be created that corresponds to an alphabet of any language.  A reckoner chart is available for reference.
