Mr. Ravi Kant Tripathy

Mr. Ravi Kant Tripathy hails from Bakewar, District Etawah, Uttar Pradesh. He belongs to an agricultural family. After completing graduation he joined the Master of Computer Application Course. His physical limitations could not dampen his spirit. During his college days he participated in debate competitions at university level. He also did two years diploma from APTECH. He aspires to do research on Relational Database Management System for Ph.D. degree.

Ravi had the polio attack when he was only 4 years old. The attack crippled his right knee, left side of his pelvic joint and partially his right hand. Being the eldest son, finances have been a perpetual problem for the family; in fact his treatment had to be discontinued within one and a half-year.

Ravi stays in a metro-city like Delhi independently working hard to earn enough to cover all his personal expenses, including education. He has bought a Kinetic Honda ZX Zoom scooter and attached some devices to help him using it proficiently.

Ravi dreams of a more tolerant society and is eager to contribute his bit to improve the society.
