Naveen is very fluent in the language of colours and also designs T-shirts with sign language. He is an active participant in the value educational programs conducted by Delhi Deaf Friendship Club. He is working as an artist in technical division at India Trade Promotion Organisation under Ministry of Commerce.

Awards:
1st Prize in a painting competition organized by National Foundation of Indian Engineers.
