Bionic girl

Helen Smith, after contracting a rare form of meningitis, lost her arms and her legs. Now, she is leading a normal life and using one of the first pairs of life-like electronic hands. Her electronic hands are activated by Helen's muscles, which case two electrodes implanted in her body to transmit signals through her skin.
