State Award for Disabled Programmer

Mr. Zakir Sipai, Computer Programmer and DTP expert of the BPA was conferred the state Award as best employee on 3rd December, 2000 by the Governor of Gujarat, Shri Sundersinh Bhandari. Inspite of his severe physical handicap, Zakir is a talented programmer, an even better human being and deserves kudos for his friendliness and his ability to win over people. We wish Zakir many more successes and hope that he never changes.
